"Your children are not only your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself. They come through you but not for you. And though they are with you, yet they belong not to you. You may give them your love but not your thoughts. For they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls. "Only one royal path to liberate from fear...

Do not remain immersed into fear, but confront fear with full strength and your own inner faith. Fear causes human to slip into depression. One's mind asks oneself overwhelming worrying questions which causes one to dislike oneself more. Sadness emerges more often in communication and eyelids get easily tearful. Sleep becomes futile. Suicidal thoughts occur frequently. Upon experiencing these symptoms, do not feel ashamed to seek help of professional psychiatrist. Accept the fact that as body can become ill, mind can become ill too. Doctor will definitely help you and medicine may provide limited relief, but all these help is like providing only one pillar support to breaking house. First aid must still be provided by you to yourself. You have to understand your mind. You have to recognize fear. If you do all these, the fear will be uprooted from origin and you will become calm and relaxed. One must have an ability to revert back mind which is gone out of control. Do not worry more to get rid of fear born out of worries. Start prayers as soon as worry starts, then worry will disappear. Depression will automatically evaporate if we live without obligation and sympathy of any one. With strong, determined will power, we must swim out our own ocean.

Mind why you worry, Let Krishna do whatever...

Do not pamper depression but challenge it like master so it will disappear.

"A message for the New Year from Sri Daya Mata: A divine momentum enlivens our hope and strengthens our conviction that it is possible for us to attain our worthy goals if we pursue them with determination, in loving attunement with the Divine. We see in the examples of great individuals—those who have produced inspired works, the saints who have realized God—how their efforts bore fruit through their soulful dedication, their unceasing perseverance, despite setbacks and obstacles. Let us take to heart the testimony of their lives:  There is nothing we cannot achieve if we so believe, if we faithfully, tirelessly, joyously put forth our positive thoughts and actions toward that end. Begin by introspecting on your experiences of the year just past—then mentally renew your ongoing goals or establish new ones. Whatever be your endeavor, include resolutions for self-improvement. Write down your determinations, and place reminders where you will see them often to recharge your resolve. Include practical steps that you can accomplish on a daily basis—and just keep on steadfastly! Reinforce your will by association with persons who strengthen you in what you are striving toward. Look to those who are kind, forgiving, and unselfish if you wish to develop those qualities—or emulate those who exude courage and faith if that is your need. How much we are helped by loving friends who inspire us toward our noblest ideals. We in turn become an uplifting influence on others as we increasingly express the God-love, joy, creativity, and wisdom of our souls."

"As We Trust God/Goddess for the Needs of Our Children: We must never judge things prematurely. What happens to be weakness, God/Goddess can transform into greatness... what seems to be loss, God/Goddess can turn into gain... what looks like failure, God/Goddess can turn into victory... The hard thing we are going through is not the final chapter."
"Do Not Fear: God/Goddess will never leave us empty. If something is taken away, God/Goddess will replace it with something better. If God/Goddess denies our request in a certain area, it is because God/Goddess wishes to give you what is best. If God/Goddess asks you to put something down, it is so we can pick up something greater. God/Goddess is not great denier, but the great giver.
"As we wait on God/Goddess: God/Goddess makes all things beautiful. Put our faith in God/Goddess, not in a timetable. Wait on God/Goddess and wait for God/Goddess. When God/Goddess is ready, we will be ready. God/Goddess will put everything together... see to every detail... arrange every circumstance... change every heart... and order every step to bring to pass what God/Goddess has planned for us."
"Our Life is a Blessing: The mind of God/Goddess is different than the thoughts of human. As we follow God/Goddess, we discover that we lose to gain... surrender to win... die to live... give to receive... scatter to reap. In weakness we are made strong... in humility we are lifted up... in emptiness we are made full!"
